Diversity, inclusion and equity are more and more being inquired for and included in company culture and strategies. Employees are one of companies’ greatest and most valuable assets. How can employees help their companies to aim at the horizon and push the boundaries for diversity, inclusion and equity and move forward? How can employees cooperate and work together; not only in relation to LGBTQ but also with other areas from an intersectional standpoint? How can this involvement give positive results for the colleagues, the customer and the society at large?
