PwC moderates a panel discussion regarding the role of the business and CEO community regarding the business reasons for driving LGBT+ diversity and inclusion.

PwC will moderate a panel discussion on why LGBT+ diversity and inclusion needs to be an active part of business and CEO agendas.

During the panel discussion, the findings of two PwC reports will be discussed, in addition to other related topics.

Navigating your career can be difficult when you're LGBT+. PwC Australia performed research on the low visibility and engagement of same-sex attracted women in the workplace and found out that LGBT+ women are 12% less likely to be out at work than men. Where are all the women and how can we increase the visibility of LGBT+ women? How does being queer and a woman impact career progression?
